Property Management Shop

A property management company in Stowe Vermont needed a central maintenance and storage shop to serve multiple rental properties. A barn style shop was chosen to fit the aesthetics of the area as well as allow for an upstairs office space and single bedroom apartment.

Due to the nature of the site the building is built into a hill, this allowed for ground floor access to the apartment to the rear where there is parking and private access. Internally, a double partition wall with an air gap was used between the apartment and shop creating excellent acoustic isolation for the living space.
